J.D.C. Bytco Student Clinches Silver at District Boxing Championship
Nashik, September 15, 2025: J.D.C. Bytco English Medium High School is proud to announce a stellar achievement by one of its students in the sporting arena. Miss Aradhya Jadhav, a student of Grade VIII ‘B’, delivered an outstanding performance at the District-Level Boxing Championship, securing the second position in a highly competitive category.
The championship was held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the prestigious Meenatai Sports Complex in Nashik. Competing in the Under-17 Girls’ 44–46 kg weight category, Aradhya showcased exceptional skill, determination, and sportsmanship. Her powerful jabs, agile footwork, and strategic defence throughout the tournament impressed the judges and spectators alike, ultimately earning her the well-deserved silver medal.
This remarkable achievement has filled the entire school community with immense pride. The Headmaster of J.D.C. Bytco School, Mr. D.R. Nandan, lauded Aradhya’s hard work and dedication. "Aradhya has demonstrated that with passion and perseverance, one can excel in both academics and sports. She is a true inspiration for her peers, and we are incredibly proud of her for bringing such honour to our school," he stated.
Mr. S.C. Tribhuvan, School Supervisor, and Mr. Rajendra Shelke, the Physical Education Master who trained Aradhya, extended their heartfelt congratulations. Mr. Shelke remarked, "Training Aradhya has been a pleasure. Her discipline and unwavering commitment to training are what led to this success. This is just the beginning for her; she has a very promising future in boxing."
