What is a Functional English Club? 

Functional English Club is an innovative activity which is run by the school to motivate the school to speak in English. This activity will help students to create interest about English speaking in the school. The school students seemed very good in academics but they are found lack of interest regarding English speaking. So the school principal has introduced this Club to create English atmosphere in the school premises.

The Club Structure:
1. Students FEC School Captain
2. Assistant FEC School Captain - Girls
3. Assistant FEC School Captain - Boys
There are Six Groups

1. FEC Cubs

The Club Objectives:
1. To promote English speaking in the school as it's an English Medium School.
2.To Create interest about English Communication Skill among the students.
3. To run supplementary activities by the Club to create Students interest.
4. To provide a platform to the students to use their Language Communication Skills.
5. To develop students communication Skills.
6. To develop students Leadership skill through Group Leaders Concept.
7. To give them experience of unity to achieve our goals.

What does the Club Do?
1. Functional English Club is a platform that provides ample opportunities to develop their communication Skills.
2. It boots the students confidence about English Speaking.
3. It makes the Students bold in English speaking.
4. Students unnecessary fear is removed automatically.
5. Students interest is created.
6. Their Confidence level is increased gradually.
7. It leads them towards academic excellence.

The Club Code of Conduct:
2. FEC Members will help other students to speak in English speaking.
3. FEC Members will actively take part in Classroom activities as they are smart students.
4. FEC Members will encourage other students to speak in English.
5. FEC Members will be always punctual in their work.
6. FEC Members will set the best example of ideal Students of the school.
7. Teachers have to use FEC Members to develop other students skills in academics

The School Target:

1. The School has set target to create 100% English atmosphere in school till June 2024.

Kindly, mind it that FEC is not like a class for English speaking. Nothing will be taught to anyone, everyone learns here by their own experience. It is just a platform to practice your English knowledge. It is designed to use your English language only. In short, it's a live experience of English speaking. Direct practical, No syllabus, No Notes, No Teaching and no Exams, Exams are everyday!
