J.D.C. Bytco English Medium High School Educational Excursion 2025 Portal!

Excitement is in the air as we gear up for our much-awaited school picnic scheduled for 28th January 2025. This excursion is not just a trip; it’s a unique opportunity for students to learn beyond the classroom, bond with their peers, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience for everyone, we request all participants to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1. General Guidelines

1. Students must follow the instructions of teachers and staff at all times.

2. Maintain punctuality throughout the trip, especially during assembly and departure times.

3. Respect fellow students, teachers, and staff members.

4. Be polite and courteous to everyone, including staff at the picnic venue.

2. Safety and Discipline

1. Stay with your assigned group at all times. Do not wander off alone.

2. Avoid running or playing in areas that are unsafe or restricted.

3. Do not touch, damage, or misuse any property at the venue.

4. Inform a teacher immediately in case of any injury or problem.

3. Attire and Belongings

1. Wear the prescribed school uniform and comfortable footwear.

2. Carry only essential items: water bottles, snacks, medicines (if required), and a cap.

3. Avoid carrying expensive items like jewelry, gadgets, or large sums of money.

4. Food and Cleanliness

1. Do not litter. Use dustbins provided at the venue.

2. Eat responsibly and avoid sharing food that may cause allergies to others.

3. Hydrate regularly and refrain from overeating.

5. Behavior and Interaction

1. Be mindful of your behavior. Represent the school in a positive manner.

2. Avoid shouting, misbehaving, or using foul language.

3. Participate actively in all planned activities and games.

6. Emergency Protocol

1. If you face an issue or get separated from the group, stay calm and contact the nearest teacher or staff member.

2. Emergency contact numbers will be shared with all participants and parents beforehand.

Consequences of Misconduct

Any student failing to comply with the rules may face disciplinary action, which may include exclusion from future school trips or activities.

28 जानेवारी 2025 रोजी होणाऱ्या आपल्या बहुप्रतीक्षित शाळेच्या सहलीसाठी सर्वजण खूप उत्सुक आहेत. ही सहल केवळ एक प्रवास नाही, तर वर्गाबाहेर शिकण्याची, सहकाऱ्यांशी सुसंवाद साधण्याची आणि आयुष्यभर आठवणीत राहतील असे क्षण निर्माण करण्याची अनोखी संधी आहे.

प्रत्येकासाठी हा अनुभव सुरक्षित, आनंददायी आणि शैक्षणिक बनवण्यासाठी, सर्व सहभागींसाठी आचारसंहिता तयार करण्यात आली आहे:

१. सामान्य नियम

1. विद्यार्थ्यांनी नेहमी शिक्षक आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या सूचनांचे पालन करावे.

2. सहलीदरम्यान वेळेचे काटेकोरपणे पालन करावे, विशेषतः गोळा होण्याच्या आणि प्रस्थानाच्या वेळी.

3.सहविद्यार्थी, शिक्षक आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांचा आदर राखा.

4. सहलीच्या ठिकाणच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांशी विनम्रपणे आणि सभ्यतेने वागा.

२. सुरक्षितता आणि शिस्त

1. नेहमी आपल्याला नेमून दिलेल्या गटाबरोबर राहा. एकटे भटकू नका.

2. धोकादायक किंवा बंदिस्त जागांवर धावपळ किंवा खेळ टाळा.

3. ठिकाणच्या मालमत्तेला स्पर्श करू नका, त्याचे नुकसान करू नका किंवा ती चुकीच्या प्रकारे वापरू नका.

4. कोणतीही दुखापत किंवा समस्या असल्यास त्वरित शिक्षकांना कळवा.

३. पोशाख आणि साहित्य

1. शाळेचा पिकनिक साठी सांगितलेला युनिफॉर्म आणि आरामदायक पादत्राणे घाला.

2. केवळ आवश्यक वस्तूच बरोबर ठेवा: पाण्याच्या बाटल्या, नाश्ता, औषधे (आवश्यक असल्यास) आणि टोपी.

3. महागड्या वस्तू जसे की दागिने, गॅजेट्स किंवा जास्त पैसे बरोबर आणणे टाळा.

४. अन्न आणि स्वच्छता

1. कचरा करू नका. कचरा फक्त कचरापेटीत टाका.

2. जबाबदारीने खा आणि कोणाला ऍलर्जी होऊ शकेल असे अन्न शेअर करू नका.

3. नियमितपणे पाणी प्या आणि जास्त खाणे टाळा.

५. वर्तन आणि संवाद

1. आपल्या वर्तनाची काळजी घ्या. शाळेचे नाव चांगल्या प्रकारे पुढे नेण्याची जबाबदारी घ्या.

2. आरडा-ओरडा, गैरवर्तन किंवा चुकीच्या भाषेचा वापर टाळा.

3. सर्व नियोजित उपक्रम आणि खेळांमध्ये उत्साहाने सहभागी व्हा.

६. आपत्कालीन प्रक्रिया

1. जर तुम्हाला एखादी अडचण आली किंवा तुम्ही गटापासून वेगळे पडलात तर शांत रहा आणि जवळच्या शिक्षक किंवा कर्मचाऱ्याशी संपर्क साधा.

2. सर्व सहभागी आणि पालकांसोबत आपत्कालीन संपर्क क्रमांक आधीच शेअर केले जातील.

गैरवर्तनाचे परिणाम

नियमांचे पालन न करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांवर शिस्तभंगाची कारवाई होऊ शकते, ज्यात भविष्यातील शाळेच्या सहली किंवा उपक्रमांपासून वंचित राहण्याचा समावेश होतो.
