J.D.C. Bytco English Medium High School Educational Excursion 2025

Dear Parents,

We are thrilled about the upcoming school picnic scheduled for 28th January 2025. This excursion is a valuable opportunity for the overall development of students. To ensure the trip is successful, we kindly request you to read and follow the instructions below:

1. Preparation for Students

1. Students must wear the school uniform and comfortable footwear.

2. Please provide your child with a water bottle, light snacks, and medicines (if required).

3. Avoid sending expensive items like mobile phones, gadgets, jewelry, or large sums of money.

2. Punctuality on the Day of the Picnic

1. Students must arrive at school on time as per the schedule.

2. The vehicles will depart as per the timeline. Latecomers will not be accommodated.

3. Safety and Responsibility

1. Parents should ensure that their child follows discipline and safety rules during the picnic.

2. Students are strictly prohibited from wandering away from their group or engaging in risky behavior.

3. Any health-related issues should be communicated to the school in advance.

4. Contact During the Picnic

1. In case of emergencies, the school will provide parents with contact numbers to reach out.

2. Teachers and school representatives will be present with the students and will take full care of them.

5. Other Important Notes

1. Parents are requested to pick up their children on time after the picnic.

2. Please discuss the importance of the excursion with your child to boost their enthusiasm and morale.

आदरणीय पालक,

28 जानेवारी 2025 रोजी आयोजित होणाऱ्या शाळेच्या सहलीबद्दल आम्ही खूप उत्साहित आहोत. ही सहल विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी एक महत्त्वाची संधी आहे. कृपया सहलीच्या यशस्वी आयोजनासाठी खालील सूचना वाचून त्यानुसार सहकार्य करावे:

1. विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी तयारी

1. विद्यार्थ्यांनी शाळेचा युनिफॉर्म आणि आरामदायक पादत्राणे घालणे अनिवार्य आहे.

2. मुलांना पाण्याच्या बाटल्या, हलका नाश्ता, आणि औषधे (जर गरज असेल तर) द्यावीत.

3. महागड्या वस्तू (मोबाईल, गॅजेट्स, दागिने इ.) किंवा जास्त पैसे देऊ नयेत.

2. सहलीच्या दिवशी वेळेचे पालन

1. विद्यार्थ्यांनी ठरलेल्या वेळेत शाळेत पोहोचणे आवश्यक आहे.

2. सहलीच्या वेळापत्रकानुसार वाहनाचे प्रस्थान होईल. उशीर झाल्यास जबाबदारी शाळेची राहणार नाही.

3. सुरक्षितता आणि जबाबदारी

1. विद्यार्थी शिस्त आणि सुरक्षिततेचे पालन करतील याची खात्री पालकांनी करावी.

2. विद्यार्थ्यांनी गटाच्या बाहेर जाण्यास किंवा कोणत्याही प्रकारे धोकादायक वर्तन करण्यास मनाई आहे.

3. कोणतीही आरोग्यविषयक समस्या असल्यास, ती शाळेला आधीच कळवावी.
