J.D.C. Bitco School’s Abdullah Pathan Shines in Divisional Carrom Championship – Heads to State Level!

Nashik Road’s J.D.C. Bitco English Medium High School has once again brought pride to the institution through an outstanding sports achievement.
On Thursday, 16th October 2025, during the U-14 Boys’ Divisional Carrom Championship held at Minatai Divisional Sports Complex, Nashik, the school’s talented student Abdullah Shafik Pathan (Std. VIII-A) showcased exceptional skill and secured 4th place in the division.
With this remarkable performance, Abdullah has been selected to represent the division at the State-Level Championship to be held in Kolhapur, further adding glory to the school’s name.
Competing among 50–60 skilled players from Nashik, Nandurbar, Dhule, Malegaon, and Jalgaon districts, Abdullah impressed everyone with his confidence, precision, and composure, defeating several strong opponents.
At the prize distribution ceremony, Taluka Sports Officer Mrs. Priti Karwa felicitated Abdullah for his achievement. The event was graced by Sports Teacher Mr. Rajendra Shelke and Prof. Yogesh Shinde from Bitco College.
The school acknowledged the special guidance and training given by Mr. Rajendra Shelke, whose motivation played a key role in Abdullah’s success.
Principal Mr. D.R. Nandan, Supervisor Mr. Tribhuvan, and all the teaching and non-teaching staff congratulated Abdullah Shafik Pathan and extended their best wishes for his performance at the upcoming State-Level Championship.
