January 22, 2025, Nashik Road: The vibrant artworks created by students from grades 5 to 10 of Gokhale Education Society's J.D.C. Bytco English Medium High School were proudly displayed at the prestigious art gallery of Gadgil and Sons. The exhibition, themed "Ramayana," showcased the creativity and dedication of young artists and received an overwhelming response from visitors.
The exhibition was inaugurated at 1 PM by the esteemed Principal Dr. Ram Kulkarni, Zonal Secretary of Gokhale Education Society, Nashik. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Kulkarni graced the occasion with his presence, emphasizing the importance of nurturing young talent. Accompanying him were Prof. Neeta Kulkarni, Mrs. Sangeeta Borkar (Supervisor, P.N. Gadgil Showroom), Mr. Yogesh Mahajan (Superintendent, Nashik Road Division), school principal Mr. D.R. Nandan, head clerk Mr. Balasaheb Deshmukh, as well as the school’s teachers and students.
Dr. Kulkarni’s speech was a source of inspiration for the students. He applauded their artistic efforts and emphasized the importance of promoting such creative endeavors. A testament to his unwavering support for young talent, he purchased a student’s painting, encouraging the budding artist and setting an example for others.
In his address, Dr. Kulkarni praised the teachers, especially art instructor Mrs. Mansi Sagar, for their efforts in nurturing students' artistic skills. He acknowledged the significant role of educators in shaping the future of students and commended the school staff for organizing such a meaningful event.
Prof. Neeta Kulkarni also contributed to the event’s success by purchasing a painting and sharing words of encouragement with the students. She highlighted the importance of supporting young talent and appreciated the school’s initiative in providing students with such a valuable platform.
Principal Mr. D.R. Nandan extended heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kulkarni for his continued dedication to the Society’s mission. “Dr. Kulkarni’s ability to make time for events like this, despite his demanding schedule, is truly remarkable. His presence motivates both students and staff to strive for excellence,” he remarked.
The exhibition was not just a platform for students to display their creativity but also a celebration of the collaborative efforts of the teachers, students, and management of Gokhale Education Society.
