Inter house Elocution Competition details:
Program Flow Chart:
1. Stage Setup:The School Principal and Judges will be invited to take their places on the stage.
2. Judges' Seating: The Judges will be escorted to their designated seats on the stage.
3. Commencement: The Anchor will officially start the competition with a warm welcome.
4. Introduction of Judges: The Anchor will invite the Principal to introduce the esteemed Judges to the audience.
5. Judges' Seating for Judging: The Anchor will then request the Judges to take their special seats reserved for judging the competition.
6. Contestant Presentations: The Anchor will introduce each contestant, calling them one by one to deliver their speeches.
7. Reassembly on Stage: After all the speeches, the Anchor will invite the Principal and the Judges back onto the stage.
Note: During this time, the Scorer will prepare the competition results. Certificates and prizes will be arranged for the winners.
8. Judges' Felicitation: The Anchor will request the Principal to felicitate the Judges for their valuable contributions.
9. Judges' Feedback: The Anchor will invite the Judges to share their views on the competition and the participants.
10. Announcement of Winners: The Anchor will call upon the Principal to announce the prize winners.
11. Prize Distribution: The prizes will be awarded to the winners by the Judges.
12. Vote of Thanks: A formal vote of thanks will be delivered.
13. Closing: The Anchor will declare the competition officially over.

- Group 1: Students from 5th to 7th grades

- Total for Group 1: 9 contestants
- Group 2: Students from 8th to 10th grades

- Three distinguished Judges should be selected for the competition.
3) Prizes:
- A total of 18 prizes will be awarded, corresponding to the number of contestants.
4) Certificates:
- 18 certificates should have been reqdy for distribution to all participants.
5) Felicitation Items:
- Articles for the felicitation of the Judges should be ready.
6) Anchoring & Vote of Thanks:
- Anchor:1 Teacher will manage the anchoring.
- Vote of Thanks: 1 Teacher will deliver the vote of thanks.
