Nashik, October 2, 2024: J.D.C. Bytco English Medium High School commemorated the 155th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation, with a vibrant and engaging program. The event was organized by Classes 5th A, B, and C, under the guidance of teachers Mrs. Rohini Butwal, Mrs. Karuna Daive, and Mrs. Yogita Mojad.
Principal Mr. D.R. Nandan graced the occasion as the presiding guest. The program, held on the school grounds, was attended by students from Classes 5th to 10th.
The highlight of the event was a captivating skit depicting the life and teachings of Mahatma Gandhi. Young talents from the school took on the roles of Gandhiji and other significant figures, bringing their characters to life with impressive performances.
Several students also delivered heartfelt speeches, emphasizing the importance of Gandhiji's message of non-violence, truth, and social justice. The program concluded with a melodious bhajan, further enhancing the solemn and reflective atmosphere.
The entire event was flawlessly executed by the students of Classes 5th A, B, and C. Mrs. Batwal took on the responsibility of anchoring and providing informative insights, while Mrs. Daive directed the short skit. Mrs. Mojad, on the other hand, oversaw the preparation of the bhajan.
