J.D.C. Bytco NCC Cadets Visit Deolali Artillery Centre

44 Air Force NCC cadets from J. D. C. Bytco English Medium High School embarked on an educational trip to the Deolali Artillery Centre, a prominent Indian military training facility.
The cadets were given a close-up look at various modern Indian and foreign-made weaponry, including the Dhanush, Ultra Light Howitzer (ULH), K-9 Vajra, Grad BM 21 rocket launcher, 122 mm D 30 Howitzer, and Swathi Rudder. They also had the opportunity to witness live gun firing exercises at the training ground.

The visit culminated in a tour of the Rudranad Museum, which chronicles the rich history of the Deolali Artillery Centre since 1860. This educational trip provided the cadets with valuable insights into the Indian Army's capabilities.
The field visit was organized by School NCC Officer Mr. D K Hatkhambkar with the approval of Principal Mr. Udamle Sir and Supervisor Mr. Daval Nandan. NCC unit Cpl. Kartik Patel and Sgt. Lavalesh Kumar from No. 1 Air Sqn NCC Mumbai guided the cadets during the visit.
