JDC Bytco English Medium High School Celebrates 54th Annual Day with Awards and Cultural Showcase
NASHIK, MAHARASHTRA – February 28, 2024 – J.D.C. Bytco English Medium High School, an ISO 9001:2015 certified school, recently celebrated its 54th Annual Day with a vibrant function held at the prestigious Gurudakshina Hall in Nashik. The event included a prize distribution ceremony and a dazzling display of cultural programs.

The Function was started honoring its rich history and the legacy of its influential leaders. The ceremony opened with a heartfelt tribute to two instrumental figures in the Society's development:

  • Late Dr. M.S. Gosavi Sir, Former Secretary of the Gokhale Education Society
  • Late Mr. S.B. Pandit Sir, Former President of the Gokhale Education Society

The event continued by acknowledging the blessings of Dr. Deepty Deshpande Madam, the current Secretary and Treasurer of the Gokhale Education Society, who was unable to attend the function.

The function was presided over by Dr. Ram Kulkarni, Zonal Secretary of the Gokhale Education Society. Mr. Rajesh Gohar served as the Chief Guest, accompanied by his spouse. Other esteemed guests included Dr. V.N. Suryavanshi (Branch Secretary, Gokhale Education Society, Nashik Zone), Mr. Vinod Deshpande (Coordinator of CCC), Mr. Pravin Mulay (Superintendent, Gokhale Education Society, Nashik Road Zone), Mr. Chetan Chatole (PTA Vice President), and Dr. Asmita Deshpande (Superintendent, Sinnar & Sangamner zones).

Notable speakers at the event included Dr. V.N. Suryavanshi, Mr. Vinod Deshpande, Dr. Ram Kulkarni, and Mr. Rajesh Gohar. The school's Principal presented the annual report, highlighting the institution's achievements throughout the year.

Senior Teacher Mrs. Madhavi Borse welcomed the dignitaries. The prize distribution was hosted by Mr. Ajaysing Patil and Mrs. Bhakti Kulkarni, while the cultural segment was anchored by Mrs. Karuna Daive and Mrs. Rahini Bhatwal. Awards were presented for academics, sports, and extracurricular activities. Mr. Nandan delivered the vote of thanks.

Mr. Rajendra Bhavsar and Mr. Sunil Ekar judged the cultural performances. Mrs. Rasal trained the students in a beautiful opening with a welcome song, Society Geet, and prayer. The event was a resounding success and streamed live on YouTube.
